A Message from Tenth Amendment Center

Whether you think President Trump is one of the good guys or one of the bad guys – the fact is this – we’re facing over 100 years of unconstitutional federal “laws,” rules, and regulations, and no single person on Earth can turn that around on their own.

When I started the Tenth Amendment Center back in 2006 (and for at least the next 2 years) establishment Republicans and pundits on the right attacked the TAC for opposing unconstitutional acts from the Bush administration.

“Move to Cuba” is a phrase we often heard when opposing the PATRIOT Act. Our opposition to the Iraq war got us hit with “You’re with the terrorists.” And working in the states to nullify the REAL ID act, branded us “libtards.”

But, to us, the Constitution matters no matter who’s in power in Washington D.C.

As Thomas Jefferson put it, “whensoever” the federal government goes beyond the constitution, “a nullification of the act is the rightful remedy.” James Madison said that states are “duty-bound to interpose.”  Duty. Not just a good idea.

In the last 2 years, we’ve gotten more nullification bills introduced – and PASSED – than at any time in history.

We absolutely cannot be complacent, and we need your help now more than ever. I hope you’ll stand with us in this effort by starting a new membership to support our work. As little as 2 bucks a month means a great deal to us.

With your help, we’ll not only get the job done right now, but we’ll go much further for the Constitution and liberty in the years to come.

This thanks to the http://tenthamendmentcenter.com/.

Anthrax: The Forgotten Iraq War Lie – YouTube

This video/Article shows the Obama/Hillary were not the first Administration to be totally corrupt!

Although it is difficult to remember at this point, the anthrax scare of late 2001 was widely seen as a follow-up to the 9/11 attacks, and a sign of things to come at the dawn of the so-called War on Terror. It did not take long, however, for the neocons in the Bush administration to start insinuating that the anthrax scare was tied to their two favourite boogeymen: Saddam Hussein and Osama Bin Laden.

Ron Edwards — Why and What is a Republic

Ever since the 1930s, the United States of America has been mistakenly designated a democracy. Democracy means mob rule or mobocracy that places the rights of the group or mob above the unalienable rights of the individual. The opposite of mob rule is a Constitutionally Limited Republic. That is what the founding Fathers designated the United states to be. In a republic, the sovereignty resides with “We the People.” In a republic the people have no obligation to the government. Instead, the government is designated as a servant of the people and obliged to it’s owner, “We the People.” Many elitists, progressive politicians have completely sought to reverse the roles and have been trying to make us into servants of a bloated nanny state government that rules over us from cradle to grave. (From giving social security numbers to newborns, to deciding end of life medical procedures for the elderly.)

A major goal of the framers of our Constitutionally limited republic was to avoid the dangerous extremes of mobocracy or tyranny. But what exists in today’s America is in fact a mobocracy. Article IV Section 4 of the Constitution plainly states, “The United States shall guarantee to every state in this Union a Republic form of government, and shall protect each of them against invasion. But not only is our constitution being ignored, but the exact opposite has been encouraged by both president Obama and Senator John McCain. It was president Obama who with backing from the United Nations who threatened the state of Arizona with legal action, if they exercised the sovereign right of self protection from the invading hordes of illegal immigrants pouring in of that states southern border. Senator John McCain has officially joined the ranks of those who do not honor the Constitution or our national sovereignty.
