My Basic Solution to Education k through 16

I think each teacher needs to develop their own lesson plans, which must pass a public meeting the summer before school starts. I know, that would be a lot of public meetings. Also the news papers should publish these plans or at least there be a public website of the plans.

And during the school year, the public should be encouraged to attend classes occasionally to insure the teacher teaches what they planned.
