The Problems - Not Followed

The Constitution has not been strictly followed in the last one hundred years. This is how "They" were able to bring about the corruption that plagues us now.

The electorate has ultimately put people in power who are either ignorant of or blatantly disregard the principles outlined in the Constitution. The Constitution provides limited authority for government officials to act. In other words, officials cannot legislate in whatever areas they please. Instead, they must operate within the parameters outlined in the Constitution. Unfortunately, this has not happened.

The following is an example of the ignorance/willful lack of knowledge. The politician, in the following, does not know what is constitutional powers are.His big heart doesn't make it constitutional, it only makes an entangled legal mess.

Elected officials don't understand our ageless Constitution

Most Laws and Regulations are unconstitutional. It's estimated the 90 percent of the Federal Law is unconstitutional. Departments that are unconstitutional: FDA, EPA, Dept. of Education, Social Security, etc. The Federal Reserve is but is in place because of the 16th Amendment, which had a very dubious conception. Most of the Laws and Regulations that are unconstitutional are so because they were not passed by Congress. The unconstitutional Laws and Regulations have been implemented by the so called Departments of. The so called Health Care bill is a prime example.

Many Americans would be surprised to discover that Congress, for example, legislates and controls the production, manufacture, and sale of consumer goods like washing machines, light bulbs, faucets, balloons, latex gloves, marbles, rattles, lawnmowers, pool slides, matchboxes, fitness equipment, and even toilets. And this just touches the surface of unconstitutional congressional conduct.

Most don't question the government's unconstitutional runaway train, primarily because we don't know or are unable to identify the unconstitutional conduct. In the words of Benjamin Franklin, "It is in the regions of ignorance that tyranny begins." As we educate ourselves as to the proper scope of government authority and commit ourselves to the principles of the Constitution, we are better able to articulate our own political opinions and be a force for good. Vigilance is a major component of the solution.

In the executive branch, it is not uncommon for the president to avoid the legislative process, making his or her own laws through issuing executive orders. Generally, the citizenry "and Congress"doesn't even bat an eye at such action. The judicial branch has interpreted the Constitution, in many cases, clearly outside the scope of its original intent and, in doing so, has created its own laws'usurping the power of the legislative branch and lashing out at freedom. The judicial branch has gone so far as to prohibit a farmer from growing wheat on his own land for his own consumption and told businesses how many hours their employees may work, thus infringing on the fundamental right to contract. Suffice it say that we have permitted Congress, the president, and our courts to act in impermissible ways.

The Following Two Links are Solutions

to the above problems. Now, all we have to do is elect folks that are willing to do it.

Vesting

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

  • What it means: The legislative branch holds the lawmaking authority. Because it is vested, it cannot be delegated.
  • Well it has been delegated and delegated, over and over again.

Nullification

Amendment X reads like this: The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

State Nullification;State Nullification; What Is It? State nullification is the idea that the states can and must refuse to enforce unconstitutional federal laws.
